We are responsible for proposals, quotations, sales coverage, tech support, and customer service.

• Send an E-mail question to Sales or contact Sales via telephone, fax, or mail.

• Sales Coverage: who to contact for domestic and international  sales, including direct sales and sales representatives.

• Tech Service: contact our technical service department with your questions regarding AMI printers, products, and systems trouble-shooting, repair, maintenance, training, or operation.

  All AMI service technicians are fully trained in all aspects of our products. The technicians are available for installations, updates, retrofits, training, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

  Questions can also be answered by our technicians over the phone during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, ET) and, of course, by fax and e-mail.

• Customer Service: contact our customer service department to enter an order, track status on orders, or for anything to do with the ordering or shipping process.

• Brochures: selected product brochures are available for viewing and printing in PDF format.
